Tomato Avocado Salad

This is the simplest salad ever, but it epitomizes the glory of summer vegetables.

Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and spread them on a wide platter. 
Step 2
Peel the avocados cut them into small wedges and place them around the cherry tomatoes. Repeat with the mangoes.
Step 3
Sprinkle the entire platter with amchur and sea salt and drizzle with olive oil. Finish with herbs and serve immediately.
2 cups cherry or teardrop tomatoes
2 large avocados
2 or 3 mangos
1 teaspoon amchur
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
Few herbs for garnish
