A simple way to honor the Queen of Spices! Enjoy the earthy note and color that a few saffron threads bring to yogurt.
Makes 2 cups
2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt (preferably homemade)
Pinch of saffron
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, saffron, and salt and let the flavors marry overnight in the fridge.
