Makes 3 cups
1 cup almond milk
2 cups ripe papaya, peeled and cubed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Slices of fresh papaya for garnish
In a blender, purée almond milk with papaya, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Top with slices of fresh papaya.
Replace maple syrup with honey, agave, or other preferred sweetener.
