1 can mango puree (30 oz)
3 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
In a large bowl combine mango puree and coconut milk, then whisk until smooth.
Add cardamom to taste.
Keep refrigerated and stir well before using in cocktails or as a beverage.
Be sure to shake the coconut milk well before using it.
For a dairy version, replace the coconut milk with plain yogurt.
Cardamom works best but can be replaced with vanilla.
The beverage keeps well for 5-7 days.
